Genesis Smith is a Business Analyst/ Clinical Workflow Analyst with dynamic skills in Workflow Improvement, Implementation, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, and Change Management. She has 8 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DOD) / Defense Health Agency (DHA), and Military Health System (MHS) specializing in Health Care/ Records Management, and EHR Training. She’s demonstrated the ability to combine strategic vision with operational understanding to effectively lead and support organizational growth while ensuring the mission, quality, and core values are maintained. Genesis maintains a Security plus, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and has a degree in Health Science.
